Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is also required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Personal care items
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided upon contacting us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
